During October 2018 Mitel began a concentrated effort to promote their hosted Unified Communications service. To support this campaign Mitel commissioned a series of eGuides / white papers.

Mitel’s content marketing agency, The Creation Agency, asked me to write a new eGuide from scratch. I was also tasked with copyediting a second guide, checking the grammar, spelling and accuracy of the supplied copy.
