An extended engagement writing content marketing assets for Trustpilot in association with the Tomorrow People Agency. The overall aim of the campaign was to help e-commerce retailers understand the value of customer reviews for building trust and driving sales.

As well as blog articles, eGuides and Slideshare presentations, I was also involved in creating a series of taglines to assist with an internal rebranding exercise. I was also responsible for writing the webpage copy for a new Trustpilot Business subsite.

I have written for Trustpilot several times over the past decade.



  • A series of reminder emails to encourage existing Trustpilot customers to renew their subscriptions.
  • A three-part sales cadence for a new ABM campaign
