In simple terms, online marketing is using the Internet to advertise your brand or products to the world in general. The Internet offers a unique way of reaching literally millions of interested people across the world, interested people who could become valued customers.

By publicising your brand online, business, turnover and profit stand to increase as more and more people become aware of who you are and what you do. By directing more and more people to your website, sales enquiries will increase, providing more leads and more chances at closing deals. Closing more deals mean increased revenue, increased revenue equals more profit. Simple!

To increase exposure of the Junari brand, an online marketing campaign was drawn up to advertise their product and services. The first step of the process was to ensure that the website was not only known to the major search engines, but also to ensure that they would keep coming back, increasing the value of the website. A company blog was created and frequently updated with information and articles relevant to the core business of Junari.

Sales Target

To further increase brand awareness, Junari began to engage with potential customers through related forums and websites, providing professional advice and pointing users back to the company website. By selectively linking back to the Junari website, search engines began to increase awareness of the website and sales leads increased as a direct result.


Junari have also chosen to move into social media, running two Twitter accounts which act as a micro blog, providing bite-sized updates related to the company and its core product, junariCRM.


To ensure that these marketing efforts remain successful, several website indicators are monitored on a frequent basis which can then be used to direct future efforts.
